Today was a nice and relaxing day after our student-led passage yesterday. Waking up to some nice, warm, delicious pancakes got everybody in the mood for class and then some boat appreciation (BA). During boat appreciation, everybody was cheery and ready to lend a hand no matter what the task was. BA was nice and dry, but right when we finished up, it began to rain. Next was shore time. Wandering aimlessly around another French country was fun and confusing because most of us don’t speak French, but it was mostly fun. We also had Ty, Evan, and Carolyn go provisioning, which sounded fun by their stories, as they tried to figure out what some of the French-labeled food was also, while onshore Alex decided to buy some large animal-shared floaties, which the girls had a great time playing with during shower time. Having yet another wonderful meal for dinner, we ended the day with an SLS (Leadership) class taught by Nick and Tor. I would say today was a good day indeed.
