Location: St. Pierre, Martinique
We started the day with a hike, the rainy weather and somewhat gloomy weather didn’t dim our spirits until we started the steeper part of the hike with rain pouring on our backs as we climbed. We decided to call it early to make sure we got back safely as it was very steep, and we got to explore the island more, with the weather improving over the course of the day. We explored the island and town, with some of us getting lunch and some getting snacks along the way, taking in the sights and looking for something to do. We decided on exploring more and some beach time, along with some more food of course. We spent some time at the beach and all started looking for some gifts and things for ourselves. Then, we started the long search for our dinner location, taking about an hour to an hour and a half. After finally finding a place and eating, we started our way back to the boat, and our day was completed and satisfied.
