Location: Dominica
Today, Ocean Star set sail again on a 6-hour passage from Martinique to Dominica! It is really becoming evident how much more efficient we have been getting when getting the boat prepped and the sails up. We got to enjoy some 8-foot swells at points which made for quite the rocky and wet voyage; at one point, the whole boat got soaked by a massive wave! Once we arrived, we anchored in a Mediterranean fashion and began a quick boat wash before having an OCE lecture about tsunamis and tides. Finally, we got to have a delicious dinner and night out at Dive Dominica, which is always welcome after a day-long passage. We are all looking forward to what Dominica has in store for us over the next few days.
