Today was wicked! We got picked up at 7:00am by Sea-Cat, Boomer’s friend/tour guide, and began our tour of Dominica. The first stop was at Indian River where we did a cool Oceanography lab profiling the estuary. Next we went to a secluded beach for a PBandJ lunch. We continued on with our tour by venturing through Carib Indian territory. Sea-Cat would stop the van periodically to quickly run into the wood, climb a tree and bring us back fruit. Our final stop was to pick grapefruit and oranges right off the trees! It was a busy day. After a pasta dinner we had a Nautical Science class in which we watched the movie Fearless’. Most of us were asleep by 8:30!
