Location: Gustavia, St Barth's
We arrived at the beautiful island of St Barth’s at 07:00 after an eleven hour night passage from Barbuda. The passage was as smooth as could be on seas made of glass. The wind didn’t help us very much, but the relaxing motor was a nice break from our recent intense sails through squalls and strong seas. Shortly after our arrival we set up “Camp Ocean Star”, and began a much need Boat Appreciation, and sent our team of provisioners to the grocery store. When the chores were finished we had a delicious lunch of fresh French cheese and baguettes, shortly followed by some dinghy runs to shore. We had a good amount of shore time to explore our last French island. Then we ended the night with an oceanography class. All around a calm and beautiful day in the Caribbean.
