Location: Saba

We had intended to sail early this morning over to Saba, however, due to the weather and swell. We held off until after lunch. This left the morning open to continue working and studying for the upcoming exams. There was one particularly unusual aspect to today’s sail, however, as it was going to be an entirely student-led activity. Despite a couple of problems, everything went well, and we made it to Saba under control and without a hitch. Our first choice anchorage did not work out as the swells were too large on that side of the island, so we motored for a bit longer and picked up a mooring in Saba’s Lee. Tonight is our Oceanography final.
