Location: BVI
We started the Final Passage to the BVI, starting the day with oceanography and learning about Fisheries and Aquaculture (a personal favorite of mine). Then we moved to our final EFR class, where we did SAMPLE, injury assessment, splinting, and bandaging. We also had some fun acting out different situations and having all of us figure out what was wrong with them and how to properly treat it. We also had an amazing lunch followed by some free time, some used for charting and some used for lounging. Then we did our last big boat prep and set sail. The dinner was absolutely amazing, chicken pot pie and cookies, and then we headed straight into the storm, tossing and turning in the rain till we switched watches and went to bed.
