Location: Nelson's Dockyard, Antigua

Hello everyone!!!

Skipper Will here. Today has been and will continue to be a glorious day, as stated in the title. Wake up was at the usual 7 am. I ran through the cabin companionway yelling, “GOOD MORNING, GOOD MORNING, GOOD MORNING!!!”. By 7:30, everyone was mustered into the cockpit for a breakfast of banana bread and yogurt prepared by Claire. During breakfast, one of the yogurt lids fell into the water. Being an ambassador for the ocean, I jumped right in after itno marine debris on my watch. We then did a quick clean-up, got our scuba gear in the laz, and turned on the engine, heading for Nelson’s Dockyard. We got Argo on the dock and headed to the salon. A brilliant oceanography quiz later, and we were off exploring the mainland. We split off; some went straight for lunch, and others took their time. I went on a run/hike up to Fort George and then met Peter for lunch. The food (pictured) did not disappoint. I then ran back, closer to the docks, and did some shopping with Emma, Beau, Katie, and Zoe.

When we got back to Argo, I realized we still had an hour before we mustered. Demop and I then went for a hike explorationish run. We ventured to Fort Berkeley and then up a goat trail (there were so many goats) to a better view of the harbor. What a lovely way to spend the afternoon. Back at the boat, we found out that there was a Classic’s Social. This included some free drinks and music. Everyone had a splendid time! We had some free time that night to explore the dockyard, get some food, and check out some of the other boats. Notable boats include Adix (MASSIVE boat), Eleanor B (OLD boat), and Juniper (a boat powered by solar and wind energy from New Mexico).
That concludes another brilliant day with Seamester.

Yours truly,
Will N.

Hi Mom and Dad! All is well. I love Seamester so much!!! Every day is filled with a new adventure and endless fun. I’m learning so much about everything, from sailing to myself. There is nowhere else I’d rather be. I miss and love you! Please give Pip, Stormy, and Poppy lots of pets and scratches!
