Location: Tobago Cays
We started today with a breakfast of cereal and lots of wind, which caused breakfast to fly past everyone’s mouths and onto the deck. After the squall passed and a successful clean-up, we had an oceanography class followed by a class on radio operation. For lunch, we had tuna cakes and fruit salad, which was followed by our first marine biology exam. We then went snorkeling off a small nearby island and had a chance to practice our windsurfing skills (the wind finally being put to better use). For dinner, Ross and Simon managed to make chicken nuggets out of canned chicken, no small achievement, which were met with resounding success.
