The day started out with a fantastic breakfast made by our head chef, Amanda, and the chef team. After morning cleanups, we had our final OCE exam. It felt great to be done with academics for the semester. After our scholarly duties, it was time to have some fun! We began by raising the mainsail boom 30 feet in the air and creating a rope swing. Our acrobatics expert, Penn, taught everyone how to do flips off the swing. After we swung ourselves out, we went for our final dive of the trip. We dove on a beautiful wreck called the Fearless. After the dive, we had our last dinner on Ocean Star, followed by a Poetry Slam organized by resident poet Big J. It was a surprising success. We ended the night with a video slideshow of our memories. I will miss all the great times we had on Ocean Star!
