Location: Galleon Beach, Antigua
Today I started the day not understanding that I was skipper. Nevertheless, once I realized it, I became the best skipper this side of the Antilles has ever seen. The day was very packed. We started with yogurt and Fruit bowls for breakfast. We then got taken to land to have our first shore time of the trip. We mainly just walked around English Harbor. Avery and I both bought super dope Hawaiian shirts. Once we got back to Ocean Star, those of us who are working toward our Open Water Certification learned how to use RDP Tables. One could say I aced it. After that, we went on our first real Open Water dive. It was amazing, although Will almost got Steve Irwined by a stingray. While we did our dives, those who are already certified went back to shore and went on a hike. I’ve been told to say that they saw a dead goat during, and that it smelled bad, but honestly, who cares? My day was likely so much cooler than that of anyone who’s reading this. That is why everyone’s new thing they’ve always been calling me is “King Jonas.”
-Signed: King Jonas, of Sparta.
