Location: Union Island
The crew of Ocean Star was treated to a morning feast of breakfast burritos before pulling back the sail covers, hauling back the anchor, and bidding a fond farewell to Carriacou and Grenada as we set the sail bound for The Grenadines. It was windy out and Ocean Star and her crew were “in the groove” as we tacked to boat upwind towards Union Island. After a spectacular sail we dropped anchor and stowed the sails so that we could eat lunch and begin Boat Appreciation. The work went fast and before we knew it everyone was ashore exploring Union Island. On return, the crew dined on four amazing pizzas that Jacq had prepared and then watched a Marine Biology presentation. Today was a busy and exciting one aboard Ocean Star.
