Location: Mo'orea

Today sucked…Just kidding! I think we found the closest place to paradise one could find. Mo’orea offers so much. I mean, you wake up, and there it is, beautiful, green peaks of all different shapes. I’m not sure how far into depth the previous skipper went, but yesterday, we did a hike up to a viewpoint. It was barely an incline, but I think all of us could benefit from some cardio when we get back. Anyways, between the gasping breaths, the peaks appeared, and it was all worth it. It truly is a beautiful island with beautiful people. The coral gardeners we met this morning were so kind, intelligent, and funny. Fun fact: I brought a wetsuit to a program that was made in partnership between the coral gardeners and billabong, and I didn’t even realize it until we went there. That was so cool! In the afternoon, we began doing student-led dives in groups. The absence of instructors inevitably meant lots of underwater flips, bubble tricks, and overall tomfoolery.

What a great word, tomfoolery. I forgot about that one, but that is such a good one. Also, Makenna made some killer Oreo ball dessert things, and yes, I ate five. We have our bio test after clean-up is done, which we all most definitely studied for…(Wish us luck). And, to finish, I’d like you all to think about the squeeze question we did tonight, “If you could relive any moment in your life, what would it be?” it’ll be like you were with us in spirit! Lots of love to all those reading this! Goodnight!
