This morning began with a delicious breakfast of brown sugar rolls with blueberry icing courtesy of Chris and many helpers. After breakfast, we jumped straight into knowledge reviews and an exam for our Emergency First Responder course, which we all passed! Then we got to put our skills to the test with some practice scenarios. We all had a great time practicing and learning lots more about handling emergencies (special shoutout to group 3 for passing with flying colors). For lunch, we had yummy kimchi pancakes, which were interrupted by Tim and Lolo deciding to do an impromptu rescue diver emergency scenario which became an entire debacle. After several people jumped in to help, more of the staff decided to join in and create more chaos which meant even more people had to jump in to help. After a good 45 minutes, we managed to successfully save everyone, and after lots of laughs, we headed back to the salon for an oceanography class. After class, we jumped back in the water to practice more rescue diver skills which filled the time until our delicious dinner of Korean barbecue. Once we were all nice and, full Sydnei broke out her chocolate chip cookies which were immediately devoured and gave us just the right boost of energy to finish up some knowledge reviews before we all went our separate ways for the evening.
