We started the morning with a hearty English breakfast while we tried to solve Ari’s riddle of the day. After breakfast, Sam taught Oceanography reviewing plate tectonics and marine provinces. Then it was time for the advance open water divers to complete their navigation dive. While the AOW divers were in the water, the open water divers were busy putting the boat to bed after our passage from Antigua.

After lunch, it was time for Seamanship class with Nick. Then it was finally time for the open water divers to get in the water and the AOW divers to finish putting the boat to bed. With 70 feet of visibility, it was the perfect day for both dive groups to work on navigation skills and see all of the cool creatures that reside in the seagrass meadow below the boat. Most divers came out of the water talking about the barracuda that has been residing under Ocean Star or the purple sea urchin we saw collecting some decoration shells.
