This is Ocean Star Ocean Star Ocean Star!!
So I asked Hedrek to help me start the blog today, but he only came up with strange English sayings (i.e., “when pigs fly”), so I guess I will be writing this alone. Today for me started at 12 am (for my watch team’s first watch of the passage) and then again at 8 am for our second and last watch (:(:(: We got to eat cereal for breakfast today!!!! As many in the crew already know, breakfast is my all-time favorite meal, so I was a very happy camper (:
After watch teams 2 and 3 put the sails down and anchored our beautiful O Star, we all got to sleep until Lucy, Steph, and Quinn blessed us with some bomb sandwiches. We then put the boat to bed (sail covers on, coiled, and hang all lines…). We also had Marine Bio with Steph, learned about how awesome the deep ocean is, and watched an almost 2-hour long video about our Rescue diving certification! (I personally prefer Ridley Scott and Wes Anderson, but thanks for getting us certified, Ash). After preparing our Rescue knowledge reviews, I made Logan watch the beginning of Django Unchained jejej and, now that we are done with dinner clean up, and I am almost done with the blog. We are about to watch Pulp Fiction on the Saloon TV. Currently having the best day of my life, and it’s only getting better!!!!!
Ocean Star Out!
PS: if you did not know Hedrek is our captain, a very funny guy, you would like him, only fault is his strange sayings.
