Location: Fallmouth, Antigua

We anchored out of Falmouth Harbour last night, and thankfully, I did not have to watch the anchor. Luckily, I was one of the few who happened to pack their sea legs. This morning, we awoke to a great breakfast cooked by our talented captain, Tomer, followed by an extremely efficient and effective teachable moment of a fire drill. Those who have yet to get certified watched a few of PADI’s profoundly exciting and up-to-date dive films before we started on our first certification dive. Those who are already certified took a refresher dive off of the port side of Argo. We had the immense and extremely uncommon visibility of <1 foot; to say the least, it was an unforgettable day at the bottom of the sea. We are all getting along great and there is nothing that has brought me more joy than meeting a bunch of amazing people who share a surprising amount of similarities. But most of all sharing a good laugh with a group of extremely talented and perseverant individuals. Tonight, you will be able to find me in the cockpit of this beautiful vessel between the hours of 1:15 AM and 2:45 AM, keeping my close eye on the darkness of night.
