Today was a pretty relaxing day. We started with a nice breakfast, which was followed by a few hours of boat appreciation. Seeing that I spoke French and we were on a French-speaking island, I got to go provisioning with Kirsty while the rest of the shipmates made Ocean Star shine like the star she is. Kirsty and I walked the isles of the grocery store, making sure that we got every little ingredient each person needed. After 2 hours of searching and four carts filled to the top, it was time to pay. Once everything was paid for, we brought the food back to the boat and put it away. Finally, lunch came and went, which left the rest of the day open until dinner. This gave everyone plenty of time to study for our marine biology exam. The day ended with pork chops made by Mike and an amazing sunset.
