Hello friends and family!! Today was another blistering hot day under the South African sun; lucky for us students, we got to visit the Two Oceans Aquarium, where we got a tour of all the cool species they had to offer. Meg gave us a scavenger hunt activity, which really allowed us to see some really cool marine species we may not have checked out wandering. After the aquarium, I was exhausted, and we headed back to Argo for a delectable meal. We then got to work on showing Argo some love before we left Cape Town for St. Helena, shammying the cap rails really took a toll on me, and I was exhausted after. Our hard work paid off as we were blessed with a much-needed sign-out night to get a taste of the South African nightlife. We headed over to the Time Out Markets, where I feasted on my last land meal for the next 12 days, which were carnitas tacos and also enjoyed a few beverages with fellow crew members. As the night started to unwind, we cherished our last warm showers and finished our night by playing cards until we crawled into our bunks.
