Location: Bonaire

Today started off at 7 am with the wakeups. Harrison, Brook,e and Morgan C cooked up Oatmeal Bake and Fruit Salad. The Oatmeal bake had oatmeal, Nutella, and peanut butter, and the fruit salad had pineapple, oranges, and apples. After cleanup, we had our first Oceanography quiz about the history of the ocean and the key people. After taking the quiz, some worked on papers, and some took showers. At 10 am, we boarded a bus to Jibe City! The 30-minute ride was full of laughter, jokes, and great scenery. Once we arrived, we were divided into two groups.

Group 1 was Liam, Morgan C, James, Harrison, Jay, Henry, Caro, and Paloma. Group 2 was Morgan, Jake, Maisy, Harry, Graham, Brooks and both Mayas. While group 1 was windsurfing, the other group ate at the waterfront restaurant, which had amazing food and drinks. While eating, we saw a flock of Flamingos fly over, and we watched as group 1 got the hang of windsurfing. After 2 hours, group 2 started to attempt it, and some found out quickly how hard it really was. With only 20 minutes of instruction from one of the instructors, it took most of us to get it down, especially the turning aspect. Group 1 chilled next door at what looked like a restaurant or a resort and had some drinks there as well. After our time was over, we played games in the water and had a good time. One game we played was Chicken Fight. Once everyone dried off, we got back on the bus for another 30-minute drive back. On the way back, we stopped for a donkey, who came right up to the bus and said hello. We arrived back in Vela at 4:30, and Harrison, Brooke, and Morgan C started to work on dinner, which was Hamburger Pasta, and we had some leftovers with it. Tonights squeeze question was What are you most afraid of or your biggest fear? to which most people said snakes, spiders, and such, along with almost everyones appreciation being Jibe City. Tonight, most of everybody is going to shore to walk around and have a good time, while others are staying back to finish up some last-minute schoolwork. The next few days are all diving, which everyone is looking forward to!

Shoutout to everyone back home, love and miss you all!
