Location: Rodney Bay, St Lucia
The first thing we needed to do once we were awake and up on deck was to slip our mooring and head out of Marigot Bay. We had breakfast on the way north while passing the line of cruise ships waiting to go into the capital city of Castries. We also experienced some small squalls while motoring, but most ended in a beautiful rainbow. Once we anchored in Rodney Bay, it was time for a quick BA while Kirsty went ashore and provisioned. We dragged the anchor a few times during BA, so we had to lift it and reset it, but at the moment, we are holding sufficiently. During the afternoon, we went ashore, and most people managed to devour their usual scoop of ice cream to satisfy their taste buds till the next shore adventure. The weather finally cleared up, and we had a scheduled meeting and SLD lecture after dinner.
