Hi everyone, back in real life!

Today was just another average day sailing across the Pacific Ocean, from eventful watch team shenanigans, mystery solving, class, and crafts with Nick, today was definitely a fun day! During watch last night watch team 1 (my watch team) came to the conclusion we need to stop the milk moochers, these people have become a serious problem here on Argo, to the point were we only had 28 cartons left in the milge (milk bilge) which originally held 80. If we did not go to extreme lengths to make sure we would have enough milk for this passage the consequences would have been detrimental for all of us, especially Arthur after a great 7.5 hours of sleep it was time to start a new day, hanging out in the cockpit, listening to music, and drinking coffee was an amazing way to start the day. During the 8-12, we were tasked with finding the extra milk provisions located in the dark depths of Phil’s bed in the folks’ hole. And I know you are all on the edge of your seats, so I am pleased to tell you that we located another 100 cartons of milk!!! After a delicious lunch, we were all ready to lock in for class, in marine bio with Meg, we learned about the continental shelf and open ocean, and after a quick 15-minute nap between classes, we were all ready (for the most part) to take on our final lesson in nav master: course to steer. The rest of the day, some of us watched a movie in the salon, worked on homework, or learned how to splice a rope with Nick. Today, the squeeze question was: what is one snack that reminds you of your childhood? (thanks Stella) And it definitely made us all crave a sweet treat after dinner (I am currently eating Oreos, and Ruby has a spoonful of Nutella). So after all the events of the day it’s pretty hard to complain about the little things, becoming closer with 29 people who use to be strangers (not that we could get any closer) it is pretty incredible what we can accomplish!

P.S. Hi, family and Ava! I miss and love you all so much, and I can’t wait to tell you all about the passage! Just know that I am having so much fun and I can’t wait to have a Tim Hortons coffee when I get home!
