Today we woke up excited to finally get underway! The morning was filled with final preparations and Oceanography class while the last of the new radar was installed. After lunch, we broke into watch teams, and each manned a sail as we saw Argo in all her glory with her sails up for the first time. Once we were sailing, it was all hands on deck while we worked together to complete our first jibes. Watch team one took their post as we worked our way into the rhythm that will be our lives for the next 11 days. After a nice cold ocean shower and delicious dinner of couscous medley, we are ready to continue on with our watches as we make our way to our first port!
