Location: Pearns Bay, Antigua
The morning started with the familiar blue sky and the even bluer water. After sharing our various stories of sleep-talking, we indulged in off-brand cereal, causing the respectful yet passionate debate of Fruitloops vs. Cheerios to arise. After agreeing to disagree, the cleanup crew got to work, and Annika and Annalise practiced their daily curling with a broom and sponge. We are going to be Olympic level by day 90. Groups then split up to learn various dive skills and techniques. Proven to be successful, all those working towards their open water certification get to go on their first-ever “real” dive tomorrow! After our ocean shower of the day, we ate a delicious meal of burgers, with buns specially prepared by Finn. To wrap up another amazing day. To wrap up another amazing day, we plan to have a red light dance party in our “smart casual” outfit to celebrate valentines day. While we all miss our family and other loved ones a little extra today, we enjoyed each other’s company and our ever-growing friendships on this special day.
