Location: BVI to St. Kitts
Today we went to The Baths as our last stop in the British Virgin Islands. These rocks and beaches were really cool and it was very exciting seeing all the awesome rock structures and their designs. Following that, we set our passage plan and started our journey to St Kitt’s. A 22-hour trip, we had to use our foul weather gear near the beginning before the beautiful night sky and stars came out. We had our first team night watches in which we took 4-hour shifts in teams of 7 and 8 making sure we kept on a clear path and avoided all boats in the water. Overall the sail went pretty well and it was a beautiful journey down to St Kitt’s. These first ten days have been an absolutely incredible experience and we are all excited for the next 70 days in the Caribbean.
